Box Narratives: The Portraiture of Structures

Opening – Saturday, January 24th | Gallery Talk 4 – 5 pm | Reception 5 – 7pm

A solo exhibition featuring PCCA faculty member T. R. Wilson. Boxed Narratives: The Portraiture of Structures presents a body of work that is reflective and represents three narratives told through the portraiture of structures. The narratives include intrinsic ideals, collective histories and elements of capitalism. The first of the three is personal yet echoes a larger cultural lexicon—the American Dream.

Opening – Saturday, March 14 | Gallery Talk 4 – 5pm | Reception 5-7pm

A group exhibition featuring four Metro-Detroit based artists: Candy Law, Patrice Erickson, Toby Millman and Rachel Gervais. The 4 x 4 exhibit will highlight four  mediums – ceramics, printmaking, encaustic and painting. Each work in this exhibit  will demonstrate the formal and technical skills of each medium; as well as, distinct styles and imagery of each artist.

Re-Discovering the Grand

Saturday April 25 –Saturday, May 30

Opening – Saturday, April 25| Gallery Talk 4 – 5pm | Reception 5-7pm (held in conjunction with downtown Rochester Spring Gallery Stroll)

A collaborative exhibition showcasing the work of two Grand Rapids based photographers Nathan Abramowksi and Jason Rutter. Re-Discovering the Grand features photographic works which document the Grand River and bring to light the ever-present threats that our fresh water resources face.
