Partnership / Gate Groups

Raise money for your 501(c)(3) organization
by partnering with Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) at the 2018 Art and Apples Festival®!

Gate Group Infomation

All gate volunteers must be over 18 years of age.

If your organization is selected you will need to have a gate leader along
with 5-10 adults at your gate at each shift listed below.

Friday, September 7, 2018
1. Shift: 3:00PM to 5:30PM
2. Shift: 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Saturday, September 8, 2018
1. Shift: 8:30AM to 12:30PM
2. Shift: 12:00PM to 4:30PM
3. Shift: 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Sunday, September 9, 2018
1. Shift: 8:30AM to 12:30PM
2. Shift: 12:00PM to 4:30PM

Please complete and submit an application to be considered by 5 PM on April 20th, 2018.

Please note: Selected organizations will be notified no later than May 11, 2018 via email. If your organization is selected, a gate leader should be designated and will be required to attend at least one of the mandatory training sessions listed below. If your organization is unable to attend the training, you will forfeit your gate and another organization will be selected. Each organization will be required to have no less than 5 adults (18 or older) during the morning shift (see above) and 7 adults (18 or older) during the afternoon shift (see above) to qualify. PCCA can not guarantee a reoccurring gate assignment each year.

Mandatory gate organizational training will occur on (must attend one of these meetings):

Tuesday, July 24 at 5:30PM

Wednesday, July 25 at 5:30PM

Thursday, July 26 at 5:30PM
