Partnership Opportunities

Raise money for your 501(c)(3) organization
by partnering with Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) at the 2017 Art and Apples Festival®!

Each year, PCCA partners with local 501(c)(3) organizations to manage the entrance gates at the Arts & Apples Festival®. Ten (10) percent of gate revenue will be disbursed among gate organizations. Gate workers have the critical and delicate mission of greeting festival-goers and soliciting donations. Each organizations will be responsible for providing Festival patrons with directions and information.

Gate Group Infomation

All gate volunteers must be over 18 years of age.

If your organization is selected you will need to have a gate leader along
with 5 adults at your gate at each shift listed below.

Friday, September 8, 2017
1. Shift: 3:00PM to 5:30PM
2. Shift: 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Saturday, September 9, 2017
1. Shift: 8:30AM to 12:30PM
2. Shift: 12:00PM to 4:30PM
3. Shift: 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Sunday, September 10, 2017
1. Shift: 8:30AM to 12:30PM
2. Shift: 12:00PM to 4:30PM

Please complete and submit this application to be considered by April 21, 2017 at 5PM

Please note: Selected organizations will be notified no later than May 12, 017 via email. If your organization is selected, a gate leader should be designated and will be required to attend at least one of the mandatory training sessions listed below. If your organization is unable to attend the training, you will forfeit your gate and another organization will be selected. Each organization will be required to have 5 adults (18 or older) at your gate at all times (shift schedule provided above). PCCA can not guarantee a reoccurring gate assignment each year.
