  10. Refunds & Credits

Fees are 100% refundable if PCCA cancels a camp due to insufficient enrollment. Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be given ONLY when a registrant withdraws from a class at least one week prior to their first camp session. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE TWO WEEK ADVANCE DEADLINE. In addition, there are no refunds for missed camp sessions. Memberships are non-refundable, as they are a tax deductible donation to PCCA.

  11. What are your covid policies?

Camp registration has been limited to lessen the number of people inside the building. Additionally, campers will be required to wear face masks while inside the building and will be in a classroom that has been sectioned off to ensure social distancing and gets sanitized multiple times a day.
