Partnership / Gate Groups

GATE GROUP OPPORTUNITIES HAVE BEEN FILLED FOR 2021

Each year, Paint Creek Center for the Arts partners with local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to manage the entrance gates at the Arts & Apples Festival®. A percentage of gate revenue will be disbursed among gate organizations (typically amounting to $1,500 -$1,700 benefiting each gate group’s designated organization). In 2021, gate workers will have the critical duties of welcoming festival patrons, relaying any Covid-specific requirements, and the delicate mission of soliciting donations.

Sadly, the 2020 Festival was cancelled due to COVID-19. Gate Groups that had confirmed participation for 2020 should email [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Volunteer Requirements:

If your organization is selected you will need to have a designated, trained adult gate leader at the Festival during all shifts. You will also need a minimum of 5 adults at your gate at each shift. Volunteers 18 and under will not count towards your 5 adults. You may have persons ages 11-17 with a parent or guardian present, however, only working adults are counted as a filled volunteer spot.
