Partnership / Gate Groups

Each year, PCCA partners with local 501(c)(3) organizations to manage the entrance gates at the Arts & Apples Festival®. A percentage of gate revenue will be disbursed among gate organizations. Gate workers have the critical and delicate mission of greeting festival-goers and soliciting donations. Each organization will be responsible for providing Festival patrons with directions and information.

Sadly, the 2020 Festival was cancelled due to COVID-19. Gate Groups that had confirmed participation for 2020 should email [email protected] with any questions or concerns. Applications for the 2021 Festival will be announced in October 2020.

Volunteer Requirements:

If your organization is selected you will need to have a designated adult, gate leader at the Festival during all shifts. You will also need a minim of 5 adults at your gate at each shift. Volunteers 18 and under will not count towards your 5 adults. You may have persons ages 11-17 with a parent or guardian present, however, they will not be counted as a full-filled volunteer spot.
